The default security code for Niokia handsets is 12345. Input this and the phone will allow you to delete the contacts.- If 12345 does not work then the likelyhood is that the Security Code has been changed by the handset owner. In this case only Nokia Service Centers are able to reset the security code back to 12345 upon request however this is chargable to cover costs.
