In India many peoples are waiting for C1 and C2 entry-level mobile phones since many months, their wait is over because Nokia is going to launch both the phones by next month (September 2010). Globally C1 and C2, dual SIM mobile from Nokia, are already available. In India we’ll launch our dual SIM device in this quarter, Nokia India said in a statement.
The Nokia C1 & C2 are entry level phones, that will support Dual GSM SIM’s at once. Both will be first dual sim mobile phone from Nokia in India. Nokia’s C1 model would come with FM radio, a standard 3.5mm headphone jack, torch, VGA camera and 1,000 phone book entries. The phone is capable of withstanding for up to six weeks of standby time.
Meanwhile, the C2 model comes with FM Radio with 3.5mm jack, memory capacity of up to 32GB with Micro SD card and Nokia messaging application among others. Hence this phone is more rich in context of features.
The two models would come with Nokia Life Tools service that provides information on education, entertainment and agriculture and Ovi services. Unfortunately there is no any information about pricing.
