The headset symbol on my handset constantly remains on my handset even though there is no headset or device connected to the phone – Why is this? This is a commonly ask question. I think there may be three different reasons for this problem.
If the headset remains on the screen when there is no headset connected then the likelyhood is that there is one of three problems with your handset.
