Is your mobile handset is freezing or running slow? this not happens with all mobile handsets but do you know what to do if so happens. This could be a software problem, which you can rectify by putting new software onto the handset. Most of us think so but some its not just the software problem. I think there may be two more reasons for freezing and slowing down your mobile handset.
Other ways to try and resolve this problem are:
- The memory on the handset might be filling up. Try to transfer the data on the phone onto the memory card and see if this speeds up the handset.
- On some occassions the phone could freeze or slow down due to too many applications running and not being closed down properly. To resolve this problem hold down the “menu” key for a few seconds and it will show you which applications are still running. You can then close down the relevant applications accordingly.
